Today me and my sister watched the second Lord of the Rings movie together. We watched the first one yesterday. And we'll be watching the third one tomorrow.
It reminds me of the day me and Hayley skipped school to stay home and watch all three of them. It was over nine hours of movie watching. And we didn't eat anything but popcorn and candy all day. Major sugar rush.
But it was so worth it.
I love the Lord of the Rings.

Legolas is one fine piece of Elf-Candy. Haldir ain't so bad, either.

So. I said I would write in her again after I had started homeschooling.
I've been homeschooling for a week now. And, I must say. I pretty much love it.
Its actually pretty fun. Yeah, I know. School? Fun?
Can't believe it, can you?
I wouldn't be able to either, if I wasn't experiencing it myself.

Everyday I get out of bed at around 8.
I don't even have to get dressed or anything.
I just get to 'go to school' in my pajamas everyday. I must say, thats the right way to do it.
I get to get up and turn the computer on, and pop up itunes.
And I listen to my 'school soundtrack' while I'm doing my work. Its just a playlist of a bunch of songs that I love to listen to. That are relaxing and won't distract me from my work.
I'm homeschooling with my twin sister, so I'm never bored. We pretty much goof off the entire time we're doing our work. We talk and laugh and make jokes about stuff. Its nice not having to be stuck in a boring classroom.
Like, we'll just get up in the middle of working and dance around if a good song comes on. Its pretty freakin great.
Usually we'll start at 8. And we'll be done with all our work before noon. So, it takes us less than four hours. I'd say its really easy.

Then, I have the rest of the day to do my chores, and read. And watch tv. Or mess around on the computer. I can do whatever I really want to. I don't have to be anywhere or worry about anything. I just get to kind of chill and relax.

So, I'm loving homeschool. My favorite part of it is all the hilarious times me and my sister share. We're constantly laughing and having fun.
